Toufic is a Senior Project Manager for Network Rail Infrastructure, where he manages the construction of the major Crossrail project across South East England, a £15 billion project. Previously, he was Assistant Project Manager for the Basingstoke Area Infrastructure Upgrade, a £130 million renewal project. He has a BEng degree in Automative Engineering & Design from Kingston University. He has lectured at Cambridge University, Imperial College, Kings College London, Plymouth University and Portsmouth University on the global financial crisis, structural violence, propaganda and public perception. He has been Associate Director of the IPRD for five years, where he oversees strategy and project management for operations.
